not always as advertised

The item I ordered was in stock with a 5-7 day shipping. What isn't declared is that it is in multiple locations and so that they ship to themselves first before fulfilling your order. I was in a pinch for this order and the shipping terms I agreed to would have worked, except of the delay of them actually getting the order together. Not impressed with the lack of communication ( I had to email them to figure out what was happening), and not impressed with the additional delay. I had to find another source to meet my deadline after they failed me and now I have extra items
